Downloading your e-book
Since these are e-books, there is no physical shipping of product. You should receive a download link immediately after purchase. You should look for it directly under the phrase in bold that tells you to print out your receipt and before you press "done." It's hard to see if you don't know where to look so if you have any difficulties, please contact us by email or by phone. If you do not already have Adobe software loaded on your computer, you can go to www.adobe.com to download it for free. After you have downloaded your product, you can "save as" to your computer and then print it or read it on your screen.
